Orders are dispatched every day of the week. For orders within the UK that total £15 or more, we offer free UK vape shipping through our Standard Delivery. Your package will be safely packaged in unmarked jiffy bags. Our company’s name, ECIGW LTD, is included on the label in small font for insurance and legal reasons.

Standard Delivery

• Free UK vape shipping on orders over £15.
• £2.49 shipping on orders under £15.
• Shipped via Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Tracked 48hr, depending on package size.
• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 days (not guaranteed). Please allow up to 10 working days.
• For same-day dispatch, orders must be placed before 4pm (Monday to Friday) and before 12pm (Saturday and Sunday).

Royal Mail Tracked 24

• £1.99 shipping on orders over £15.
• £3.99 shipping on orders under £15.
• Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24hr.
• Royal Mail Tracked services provide an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 days. For guaranteed next-day delivery, please select Royal Mail Special Delivery.
• Tracked 24hr shipments may take up to 7 days to be delivered.
• For same-day dispatch, orders must be placed before 4pm (Monday to Friday) and before 12pm (Saturday and Sunday).

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Guaranteed)

• Free delivery on orders over £75.
• £6.99 delivery on orders between £15 and £74.99.
• £7.49 delivery on orders under £15.
• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
• A surcharge of £1.50 is applicable to all deliveries made on Saturdays and Sundays.
• To ensure same-day dispatch, orders should be submitted prior to 4pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and before 12pm on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
• For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, and Jersey, please allow 2 to 5 days. Delivery on Saturday and Sunday is not offered in these regions.
• In rare cases, next-day delivery may be delayed due to operational issues with our delivery partners. While we cannot be held responsible for such delays, we will follow the partner’s policies in such instances.

International Delivery Options

Europe Courier Delivery

• £19.99 shipping on all orders.
• Shipped via UPS International services.
• Expected delivery time: 1 to 4 days (subject to customs clearance).
• For same-day dispatch on international orders, they must be placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday). This service is unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays.

Rest of the World Courier Delivery

• £39.99 shipping on all orders.
• Shipped via UPS International services.
• Expected delivery time: 3 to 7 days (subject to customs clearance).
• For same-day dispatch on international orders, they must be placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday). Saturday and Sunday are off days for this service.
• All international orders are shipped via UPS. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that are missing.

For international shipments, there may be additional costs such as import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees from the destination country. These fees are not part of the product or shipping cost and will be payable upon delivery. As a result, it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover these charges as we only charge for transportation. By placing an international order outside of the UK, the buyer agrees to comply with their country’s laws and regulations. If a product is confiscated or returned by customs, we will not provide refunds for any losses or shipping fees incurred.

Restrictions

Orders placed on Saturday may arrive on Sunday with Royal Mail due to their 7-day-a-week service. Otherwise, weekend orders will arrive on Monday.

All orders to a BFPO (British Forces Post Office) address must be shipped via Royal Mail, as alternative couriers cannot fulfil these shipments.

We are no longer able to ship batteries or devices that contain batteries outside of the UK using Royal Mail. These products, like the IVG 2400 4 in 1, can only be shipped via the courier options available at checkout, and we limit shipments to 2 batteries per order.

We disclaim any responsibility for confiscated items or extra customs charges. You are responsible for any items once they have left the UK postal system.

We are unable to combine separate orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will incur additional delivery charges to re-ship your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to a collection point, such as parcel drop-off services.

In the unlikely event that one or more of your e-liquids leak before delivery, please inform us within 3 working days, and we will resolve the issue promptly. If your liquid vessel has been breached, we advise against using it due to the risk of contamination.
